This is not where the Vore’s find ourselves this year. As we head into the holiday season, it’s easy to look back and reminisce about so many years that have passed that were ho hum, average, or easy. This one will not be remembered that way.
It’s encouraging to think of where we’ll be next year at this time though. By God’s grace and provision, my back will be strong, my body will be free of cancer, and we’ll enter a holiday season thankful for an easier year.
For now, we keep our eyes focused on how thankful we are for life itself, skilled doctors, and incredible medicines. We hang on the hope that next year will be easy street in comparison to where we are today.
