Last year I remember laying in bed while my family went about our Halloween traditions. This year I get to participate and savor the fact that I’m able to join them.

Thanks to everyone who sponsored our team and raised money for LLS to help other people facing blood cancer. LLS funded the research for the chemo drug that saved my life. They also offered financial assistance through treatment. A top notch organization.

Last night we got our banner ready for today’s LLS Light the Night Walk. Glad the kids are such a big part of this. This is a pretty good likeness, don’t you think?
