I made it 1.7 miles on the lunchtime walk yesterday. That’s a new record. I’m home feeling sick today but am hoping for a quick recovery so I can get back out for more walks.
When I was first diagnosed with cancer, I was advised by almost everyone to eat whatever I could whenever I could. The thought behind this was that nausea would be setting in and I needed calories to survive (regardless of what the calories were made of) lest I waste away. Read more…
