This is going to be a big week for me. On Tuesday I get a CT scan to look for any cancer. There shouldn’t be any left at this point. On Friday I meet with my doctor to review the scan and talk about the plan. If they don’t find any abnormalities on the scan, I’ll get my usual R-CHOP chemo dose on Friday. If they find anything on the scan, it’s back to the drawing board on my treatment plan. That could mean more cycles of chemo, a more aggressive chemo formulation, or ultimately a stem cell transplant and some long term maintenance chemo.
Please keep me in your prayers this week. Specifically pray that this CT scan would be clear and that it would show that I’m free of this cancer. Thanks!
