I was determined to spend some family time out of bed this weekend. I’m happy to report we made it to a movie on Saturday (which was great fun) but I paid for it in increased pain yesterday.
What was originally going to be a more elaborate picnic in a park last night ended up being Arby’s on a blanket in our back yard. I’m still hoping for some type of family excursion today to celebrate Labor Day. I’ve been out of the hospital a week since my first biopsy and I’m starting to go crazy being in bed all the time.
